When all we do is "function", it's time to shift again.

The time is ripe to move.
You know those days when you feel like you're just functioning? You think you are running out of time, you are doing so many things and you still have the feeling that you haven't done anything?
You constantly have to choose between so many options and naturally want to make the best choice. At the same time, you may feel dependent on the situation or people - maybe even tied down. You get to the point that the inner pressure and tension become stronger than your own actual free will. You are no longer with yourself and the Mindfulness to yourself comes second.
If we then things do not succeed as desired, we speak as well known of the "self-fulfilling prophecy". Therefore, it is all the more important to shift ourselves and our thoughts. Of course, no one succeeds in thinking positively and staying stress-free at all times - that would not be true to life.
However, it is important to stop every now and then, pause, and always stay true to yourself. If we don't take care of ourselves, we'll end up empty-handed... and someone else might even be living our dream that we "actually" wanted to live.
What can I do when I notice this tension inside of me and I am only functioning on the outside?
Thoughts and your own attitude play a decisive role. You always have the choice, whether you want to
- ...love and accept her for who she is.
- ...actively want to change.
- ...or you walk away from the situation completely.
So all three choices are about recognizing what initially moves you deep inside. The next step is to find out how you then deal with your realization: Where should I shift to and how do I succeed?
What does "displace" even mean?
1. you are crazy
There are situations and moments in life when you are out of your center. You feel out of balance and would like to shift yourself, so that you come back into balance. So you look at what your needs are, in order to get closer to your inner center again.
2. just be crazy
Sometimes we just want and need to be crazy, break out of the current state of lifethe thoughts and/or the environment. In the same way, it can be important to reflect on one's previous beliefs and imprints in order to free oneself from them.
3. discover what your personal crazy side is
Embark on a journey of discovery of your talents, your dreams and desires, your interests, strengths and what you want to take responsibility for. So many possibilities...but which one suits you best? First look behind the scenes to be able to perform your own play afterwards.
What we can't do alone, we'll do together...
Sometimes it is difficult for us to recognize alone our lifestyles and beliefs that have crept in. Through our partner or partner as well as good friends who are honest with us, we already partially recognize "blind spots" of us.
This can often already bring us one step further. However, sometimes we feel the criticism of people from our close environment as painful, because often other emotions can stand between us or be promoted. Therefore, coaching is a valuable support to open one's heart in a protected setting and thereby to come a little closer to oneself. After all, the solution always lies within you.
In the search for your personal life path - freed from the expectations of others - as well as your own "why", you may even have already found solutions, but do not dare to take this path... because what does your environment think? Can I do what I want to do? And what do I really want at all?
Often we do not find an answer which we are satisfied enough with to just get going. Or we only find answers which prevent us from doing what we dream of from the bottom of our hearts. In such a case, coaching can also help to take the first steps, to move, to pause, to be encouraged and motivated, to be allowed to fall sometimes, and then to get up again.
Coaching serves to reach out to you so that you can reach out to others again...move_us.... until we eventually get as close as we can...to ourselves!
